**Background & Purpose of the Job**
The International Logistics Manager for North Latam will lead a team of forty people responsible for both the operational execution and strategic process improvements for all imports and exports for fifteen countries.
This includes both Finished Goods and Non-Finished Goods for all the Unilever Business Units.
The role will be based in the Mexico City and report to the VP Costumer Operation Head Mexico.
The key objective of this role is to ensure the successful planning, compliance, and execution of international shipments.
This role will work closely with other regions and internal functions (Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, UI, Legal, 3PL and 4PL) to unlock the efficient flow of goods between North Latam and both internal and external export customers.
