Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join the Cape Town Team, Securing new long-term clients at agreed prices. Assist Sales Reps with administration Follow up on new leads Servicing existing company customers, ensuring continuity of excellent service and dealing with any service enquiry proactively. Providing feedback from customers on their service requirements. Provide quotes timeously. Increasing company turnover. Dealing effectively with any issue relative to existing company customers. Requirements Grade 12 Minimum 2 years relevant experience gained in the courier industry Experience in sales administration and cold calling Customer liaison experience Proficiency in MS Office Ability to do KPI reports Valid drivers license and own transport
