Hire Hangar is growing, and we need a sharp, proactive **Internal Recruiter** to support high-volume hiring with a **relationship-first approach**. If you enjoy sourcing, screening, and nurturing talent across diverse roles—and thrive in high-growth environments—this role is for you.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across fast-growing teams
- Use ATS and recruitment tools to stay organized and data-driven
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet evolving hiring needs
**What You Bring**:
- 2-3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced settings
- Great organizational habits and tech fluency (ATS/CRM platforms)
- Strong communicator who thrives on responsiveness and clarity
- Comfortable working remotely and independently during PST or EST hours
