Eagle Ridge Hospital seeks two Internal Medicine Physicians to manage complex inpatients and contribute to clinical education and quality improvement efforts. Join a collaborative healthcare team.
In the Department of Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in developing a new 15-bed Internal Medicine unit, and your responsibilities will include both inpatient care and teaching. Outstanding clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this role alongside existing internists and hospitalists. You will also have the opportunity to staff the Rapid Access Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care for medically complex patients
• Participate in the establishment of a new internal medicine unit
• Staff the Rapid Access Clinic with hospital support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospitalists
• Involve in quality improvement and educational initiatives
