Position
Clinical Respirologist – Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre (Abbotsford, BC)
Employment
Type: Permanent (On‑Call) Duration: 1‑year contract
Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and on‑call respirology services. Responsibilities include care in the pulmonary function lab, sleep lab, and bronchoscopy services. Collaborate with internal medicine units and medical subspecialty groups such as nephrology, neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology and infectious diseases.
Qualifications
- Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) license
- Full Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
- Passed the Royal College Examination in Internal Medicine & Respirology
- Demonstrated sufficient clinical experience in all areas of respirology
