The Operations team in Division B is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely logistics and traffic processes that support business continuity. The team works closely with customs brokers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to manage import and export activities. This project-driven environment promotes standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
