Agency Sales organization is looking for a highly motivated intern that would like to learn from applying their knowledge acquired at University. This role requires creating and executing go-to-market activities and collaborating with regional Sales team.
Role And Responsibilities
- Support the execution of customers and prospects communication of newsletters, product news, specific market news, training calendars, webinar/event calendars
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including but not limited to: coordination of presenter(s) calendars, rehearsal, registration lists, event creation, invitation, reminder, thank you note with survey, recordings.
- Enhance and adjust PowerPoint presentations or other material needed for events being coordinated.
- Load pre-defined/created email templates in Sales Force
- Email distribution via Pardot
- Ad-hoc support for local events logistics, if needed ...
