  • Customers: Satisfaction monitoring (scorecard)

  • QMS: Management of overdue actions (ATS)

  • QMS: KPI management

  • QMS: Master List (internal documentation)

  • QMS: Contingency Plan (coordination with other areas)

  • QMS: Risks & Opportunities management

  • Provide support to Customer Care in complaint investigations.

  • Develop area‑specific projects.

  • Collect and organize data.

  • Perform data‑based analyses.

  • Define and monitor performance indicators.

  • Support Quality Management System activities.

  • Support action tracking and follow‑up of projects.

  • Use PPE according to safety standards.

  • Organize and/or keep the work area organized.
