Key Responsibilities
- Build financial models to project investment cash flows and returns, supporting senior team members in investment decision-making.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for the Investment Committee.
- Support the due diligence process for prospective investments.
- Perform financial and economic analyses for internal review.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity (acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing).
- Collaborate with the broader Brookfield real estate platform on new business initiatives and value creation opportunities.
- Provide support on additional tasks and projects as needed.
Candidate Profile
