Intern I - Finance - Mexico

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Finance Intern in Mexico City to provide support to Schneider’s finance team. The Finance Intern will work on a variety of analytical projects and be assigned to month-end close-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Executes the Accounts Payable Backoffice process related to Mexican carriers (daily basis).
• Clarification and status update of invoices and PODs with Mexican carriers (daily basis)
• Prepares AP reconciliations with Mexican carriers (monthly basis)
• Executes the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for the Mexican entities (weekly basis)
• Prepares account reconciliation for AP balances

Skills and qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
