Intermediate Specialist, Digital Communications and Change Management
Job Description
Position Purpose
The incumbent designs and implements innovative digital communication strategies to optimize the visibility of the service on various communication channels, including senior‑level governance, web and social media. They provide expert advice on writing and presenting content, manage the service’s websites, and support institutional leadership in high‑impact communications.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage change‑management projects, including creating communication strategies, job aids, and marketing materials.
- Anticipate and plan for the impact of IT changes on diverse audiences.
- Design, develop and launch digital products, ensuring high quality, optimal format and accessibility compliance.
- Generate narratives for presentations that influence stakeholder acceptance and employee engagement.
