Job Description
Our valued client is looking for Intermediate Scrum Masters to coordinate with stakeholders and run sprints, ceremonies, etc. for data migration and sustainment initiatives
Location: Ottawa, Hybrid, 3-days/week
Tasks include:
Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needsFacilitate Agile/Scrum Ceremonies and lead/organize team meetings focused on planning, progress updates, reviews, and retrospectivesRemove Impediments, identifying and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progressAs priorities change, support re-prioritization efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, etc.Work on 2-week sprint basis, overseeing and understanding objectives to make sure work is completed and obstacles are removedSplit time between a team responsible for sustainment and small enhancements to legacy data environment (on premise) ...
