Job Description
Support patient dietary needs as an Intermediate Nutrition Clerk. This role involves managing meal selections and food preferences within a healthcare environment.
As a key team member, you'll interact with patients to obtain their meal preferences and input those selections accurately into our system. Effective communication is vital as you process requests and address food-related inquiries from patients. A background in Food & Nutrition will enhance your impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect patients’ meal choices and preferences on a daily basis
• Enter selections into the computer system seamlessly
• Process dietary changes and manage late tray requests
• Answer phone queries and direct to necessary staff
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by Manager/Supervisor
Requirements:
• Preferably a Food & Nutrition program student or graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in nutrition-related roles
