Description

Provides technical expertise in analyzing security and network connectivity problems that cannot be resolved at Tier 1 Help Desk. Determines the nature of problems (WAN, LAN, Security), documents incidents, resolves or escalates as appropriate. Supports order management, collaborates with clients and support staff, participates in infrastructure projects, and provides installations, configuration, operation, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure components.
