Interim Senior Manager – Resources & Performance
Job Description
Location: South East (Hybrid) A senior leadership role within a large, complex public sector pension environment, responsible for driving strategic delivery, performance, and organisational effectiveness across key enabling functions.
Rate: £600-650 inside IR35
Open to candidates from a Chief of Staff, Head of PMO background
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional areas including performance, digital & data, communications, and L&D
- Drive KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and strategic insight
- Support and deliver the organisational strategic plan and operational roadmap
- Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee strategic partnerships and service performance
- Produce reports and present to senior boards and committees
- Act as deputy to senior leadership when required
- Lead, develop and performance manage a team
