Strategy – Working closely with the Board to interpret our vision and managing the Co-operative’s strategy by directing all aspects of the business.Financial Stewardship – Leading the development of the Co-op’s operating and capital budgets and ensuring efficient operation and adherence to the budget.Operations - Responsible for overall administration, co-ordination, and control of the retail, and ensuring daily success with a hands-on approach.
