Provide top-notch nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit as a Temporary Full Time Registered Nurse at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Your role will focus on complex patient care and support.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with the Manager of Critical Care Services and a multidisciplinary team. Upholding the principles of Patient and Family Centred Care is paramount, requiring you to utilize your nursing knowledge to devise and execute effective care plans tailored to individual patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality nursing service for critical patients
• Utilize the Nursing Process for effective care delivery
• Quickly identify and address abnormal patient statuses
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team

• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
