Integration Senior Manager

Overall accountability for the successful planning and integration of new and upgraded RAN sites into the network.

Lead in creating a collaborative culture where internal and external stakeholders and partners are engaged, actively participate and have a common drive and ambition to resolve issues, manage risks and share best practice. Encouraging a culture of honest and transparent dialogue to ensure the successful delivery of the programs.

Direct leadership of a team to ensure successful delivery and integration of RAN sites in support of key programs and business outcomes. Influence and lead a number of internal and external stakeholders who are instrumental in enabling the planning and successful integration of new and upgraded RAN sites.
