Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Integration Processes Superintendent located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Integration Processes Superintendent is responsible r to lead manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
What a typical day looks like:
Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.
