Summary

As an Intake Specialist you will be our first source of contact with our clients, receiving and making calls to interact with them. In their day‑to‑day activities, we assist our possible clients in getting compensated for their personal injuries by qualifying their cases and answering any questions they might have.

As a full‑time Intake Specialist, you will assist our Intake department by following the responsibilities listed below.

• Review emails and chats constantly for new leads, file setups, audits, or other requested needs.
• Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox.
