About the role We’re searching for an
Insurance Advisor
to join our Ontario office.
Compensation Hourly rate $21.80 – $27.25, based on a 35‑hour week.
Responsibilities
Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
Take ownership of client relationships and retain customers.
Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as advocate, and provide recommendations.
Assist clients with insurance needs using basic underwriting knowledge.
Qualifications
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Proven ability to build authentic client relationships.
Excellent time management and confidentiality.
Insurance broker Level 2 license or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
