Senior Insurance Advisor

Expected Compensation:
The expected hourly rate for this position is $24.61 to $30.76, based on experience and qualifications, for a 37.5 hour work week. Westland supports continuous learning with financial assistance for approved training and professional development.
Responsibilities
Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
Take ownership of client relationships and expand the firm’s presence in the local community.
Manage complex insurance cases and provide guidance to team members.
Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identify needs, and recommend solutions based on underwriting principles.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
