Insurance Advisor for Client Success
Job Description
Become an impactful Insurance Advisor in Ontario. Promote insurance offerings, nurture client relationships, and solve business challenges through strategic recommendations and support.
This role is centered on providing comprehensive insurance advice to clients. You will take initiative in developing relationships while utilizing basic underwriting knowledge to meet clients' needs. Your ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on insurance products and services
• Maintain and grow client relationships for long-term success
• Identify and resolve clients’ business insurance challenges
• Foster relationships using basic underwriting knowledge
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Insurance broker Level 2 license or pursuing CAIB/CIP
• Excellent time management and confidentiality practice
