Instructional Designer (18 Months Term)

Overview

Status: Term (up to 18 Months). In your role as Instructional Designer at The North West Company (NWC), you design and develop engaging learning experiences for employees across all NWC banners. The individual will develop learning resources and programs that support, develop and enhance employees’ capabilities while supporting business goals and needs.

Location will vary between NWC Training Centre - 657 Century Street, and Gibraltar House - 77 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB

Responsibilities

• Develop needs analysis and assess skill gaps to determine learning requirements
• Design, develop, evaluate and maintain in-house learning and development programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess needs and to create training materials
• Build, upload and maintain internal and external courses to the LMS
