Revolutionize instructional materials as an Instructional Design Consultant. Work in a flexible hybrid setup to design, develop, and enhance training solutions that support business initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading the creation of interactive eLearning courses and instructor-led training programs. Your expertise in adult learning principles will guide the production of effective materials while collaborating closely with the learning & development team. This role requires a tech-savvy approach to troubleshooting software issues and enhancing learning experiences across platforms.
