Manage the performance of each subcontractor and installation crew, as well as their compliance with the Company’s policies, standard industry practices and the expectations under the Dealer AgreementAssist in the recruitment and development of subcontractorsEnsure quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to by subcontractorsSchedule and perform regular job site inspections ensuring all quality and safety standards are being metWork with insurance adjusters in inspecting and surveying job loss sitesAssist with the updating of note in Xactware and other systems and portalsAssist with emergency job site repairs when requiredAssist with work site repairs and services when requiredTravel to other Peak locations when requiredWork in conjunction with the local team in resolving customer complaints in an effective and timely mannerSupport and maintain the occ...
