Inside Sales Manager

We are hiring a driven, high‑output Inside Sales Manager with a proven record of building and leading cold calling teams that consistently hit aggressive new business targets. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes outbound pipeline generation, has coached agents to dial with conviction, and knows how to turn raw leads into closed deals at scale. This position will manage a team of 15–30 outbound cold calling reps, build sales playbooks from the ground up, and drive revenue growth through high‑volume prospecting.
