Counter Sales Representative – MISSISSAUGA BRANCH
Fort Garry Industries (FGI) invites experienced sales professionals to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. The role focuses on providing high‑quality customer service, selling heavy‑duty parts and equipment, and supporting branch sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide product knowledge expertise in selling aftermarket heavy‑duty parts to customers and build long‑lasting customer relationships
- Optimize each transaction by advising on products, product applications, returns, warranty claims, and special orders to meet all customer needs
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogues, and features
- Assist with cash and/or national accounts
- Follow company procedures for sales pricing, processing approved credits, invoicing, and freight billing for customers and/or product defects
