Inside Sales Account Manager Ontario/Quebec
Job Description
Drive revenue growth as an Inside Sales Account Manager for Nanopore Technologies in Ontario and Quebec. You'll convert leads, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with marketing teams.
As an integral part of the sales team, you'll manage inbound leads from qualification to close, enhancing product usage and expanding existing accounts. Engage with existing customers through consultative outreach and technical updates, while maintaining CRM integrity by tracking your sales pipeline and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify inbound leads for successful closure
• Increase product usage and upsell to existing accounts
• Deliver product updates and technical information
• Execute marketing campaigns and webinars
• Support field reps with research and client coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or related field
• Proven inside sales experience with research clients
• Knowledge of DNA sequencing technologies
