Inside Sales (SDR) Leader Candidate – Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Drive multi‑product selling across all company products, combining solutions based on customer challenges.
- Manage the inside sales (SDR) team, including coaching and performance oversight.
- Generate new leads through phone, email, events, demonstrations and seminars.
- Communicate value propositions and provide useful information to prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate hand‑off of qualified opportunities to field sales.
- Partner with development teams to accelerate product growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of inside‑sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong desire to build an SDR pipeline and drive sales.
- Experience in IT sales and familiarity with marketing concepts is a plus.
