Inside Sales (SDR) Leader Candidate – Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Drive multi‑product selling across all company products, combining solutions based on customer challenges.
  • Manage the inside sales (SDR) team, including coaching and performance oversight.
  • Generate new leads through phone, email, events, demonstrations and seminars.
  • Communicate value propositions and provide useful information to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate hand‑off of qualified opportunities to field sales.
  • Partner with development teams to accelerate product growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside‑sales experience in a B2B environment.
