Job Description
This role involves the preparation and maintenance of financial statements in conformity with the U.S. GAAP for a property management client of Redux. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day accounting processes and reviewing the accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of multi-property portfolio. Additionally, the position will also be responsible for coordination with the site managers or vendors (for accounting purposes) and preparing budgets to control costs and enhance support processes. Responsibilities Maintain accounting records and ledgers for client properties in accordance with US GAAP. Prepare and verify financial statements and ledgers for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
