In this role, you will leverage your expertise in architectural technologies to produce shop drawings and assess project specifications. A minimum of two years in architectural design is necessary for this position, where you'll estimate material requirements and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed shop and piece drawings
• Review architectural specs to set project scope
• Calculate materials and waste percentages
• Draft 2D and 3D building drawings
• Liaise with clients for project approvals
Requirements:
• At least two years in the architectural design field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Background in architecture, engineering, or similar
