Position Overview

As Innovation Manager, you own the front end of Earth Rated's product pipeline. Your primary mandate is, together with Earth Rated's Asian Manufacturers, to run fast, low-cost experiments that validate (or toss) product concepts before the company commits significant resources. You lead the design and development process from early ideation through commercialization, ensuring that every product that reaches market has earned its way there through real consumer signal, not assumption.

You will leverage AI tools throughout the development cycle to compress research timelines, generate and stress-test concepts, and surface insights that would otherwise take weeks of manual work. You collaborate most closely with Product Management, but your work touches every function. You are the engine behind Earth Rated's shift toward a high‑velocity, evidence‑based innovation culture.
