Responsibilities

• Develop and update the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for production equipment and clean utilities.
• Determine frequencies, methods, and required resources for each type of equipment, considering regulatory and operational requirements.
• Identify critical spare parts per equipment and ensure their availability in stock
• Conduct reliability studies (FMEA, RCA, Pareto) to guide maintenance and investment decisions.
• Integrate recommendations from failure analyses and internal/external audits.
• Recommend technical modifications, replacements, or equipment improvements based on analysis results.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate maintenance needs during the design or procurement phase of new equipment.
• Might participate in the development of medium- and long-term investment plans.
