The Molding Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining injection molding processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role focuses on process stability, continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and supporting new product launches while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality.

• Develop, document, and maintain robust injection molding processes for new and existing products.
• Establish and optimize process parameters (temperature profiles, pressures, cycle times, cooling, etc.).
• Lead troubleshooting efforts using structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, reduce scrap, and increase productivity.
• Support new product launches, including mold trials, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and process capability studies.
