Infrastructure Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our high‑performing Operations Services Team. This role is at the intersection of data centre operations and contemporary cloud infrastructure, requiring hands‑on expertise in automation, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud platforms. You will be a key contributor to a 24/7 production environment, supporting critical systems across two data centre locations.
The team operates on a rotating shift schedule of 3 x 12.5‑hour shifts per week on a 6‑week rotation, with shifts starting at 6:30 AM or 6:30 PM. Reliable personal transportation is required. Limited overtime may be required for project activities.
