Job Summary

• To install, configure and perform network maintenance activities as well as provide technical support to end users to facilitate business operations

Job Responsibilities

• Install and setup PCs and provide technical support to users as appropriate

• Create, operate, modify and delete username and passwords of employees in the system as directed

• Responsible for network support and monitoring (WAN&LAN)

• Responsible for router/firewall management and report on any issues as appropriate

• Install and configure printers and other peripherals to facilitate the company’s operations

• Monitor CCTV and provide technical support as appropriate
