The Opportunity

The Informatics Leader is a clinically trained professional with advanced informatics expertise who serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, operations, and digital health enabling organizations and teams. The role supports clinical workflow optimization, provider, clinician, and staff coaching, and adoption of the OPOR clinical information system, ensuring alignment between system design and real‑world care delivery.

Reporting to the Executive Lead, the Informatics Leader is responsible for leading, supporting, and optimizing the use of the organization’s clinical information system to enable high‑quality, efficient, and evidence‑based patient care.
