Influencer Marketing Manager - Middle/Senior
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced influencer marketer to drive acquisition growth and execute our influencer brand strategy. We're all about numbers and transparency: our processes are well-structured, we know how to measure brand placements, and we have our own user-friendly and insightful CRM. We're looking for people who will help us become even more effective and bring fresh expertise to our team.
Challenges that await you:
Manage 30-50 influencer placements per month independently
Negotiate rates and contracts with mid-tier influencers
Plan and test new hypothesis in acquisition
Analyze CAC/NPV, optimize based on data
Manage allocated budgets by yourself

Fluent Spanish and English
You are well informed about the influencer industry: be interested in creators and love their content. Know who's currently popular and who's being canceled due to scandals
