Minimum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or Maintenance and Asset Integrity desirable Technical knowledge Welding (AWS/CSWIP), ASNT/PCN, Coating (Nace/Bgas), QMS certification.Deep familiarity with CAPEX project cycles, shutdown and turnaround planning, and asset integrity management.Proven record in P&L management, bidding and contract negotiation, and large-scale project execution.Knowledge of basic and advanced solutions for inspection, monitoring, and performance analytics.
