PURPOSE

Directs and coordinates activities of the North American manufacturing facilities and leads in formulating and administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through all FMS North American Plant Managers and their teams.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the plants. Takes strategic direction from the President & CEO and proposes appropriate tactics to meet the strategy.
