As a director, you will oversee the pricing of Guaranteed Deposit Accounts, Payout Annuities, and Segregated Funds, while managing a team of actuaries. Strong technical skills in IFRS 9/17 and LICAT will be essential as you ensure cross-functional alignment in product pricing. Frequent collaboration with sales and participation in industry committees will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead routine and ad-hoc pricing for wealth products
• Ensure alignment with risk management and capital requirements
• Directly manage actuarial staff to achieve pricing goals
