In the OSP Indigenous Therapist role, you will connect deeply with clients and families while focusing on their comprehensive well-being. Identifying as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis, you will leverage community relationships and cultural knowledge to guide therapeutic interventions. This role requires expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) adapted for Indigenous clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage referrals and assess client readiness for therapy
• Develop and evaluate personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy in both individual and group formats
• Engage actively with Elders and community partners
• Incorporate traditional wellness practices upon request
