Job Synopsis
The Indigenous Neighbours Engagement Associate is a full‑time role within MCC Ontario’s Indigenous Neighbours Program, focused on fostering meaningful, action‑oriented engagement between MCC supporters and Indigenous partners. Guided by MCC Ontario’s five‑year strategic plan and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action, the Associate supports learning, relationship‑building, and collective action that contribute to transformed hearts, strengthened relationships, and systemic change. Working collaboratively with Indigenous partners, faith communities, and young adults, the role helps equip supporters to move from listening to action in ways that promote justice, reconciliation, and mutual trust.
