Make a significant impact in Indigenous healthcare with Lakeridge Health as the Senior Indigenous Health Lead. This full-time position focuses on health-system-level change in Whitby, Ontario, ensuring respectful and culturally safe care for Indigenous communities.
As an Indigenous Health Lead, you will creatively align health services with the Indigenous Health Plan, derived from the Seven Grandfather Teachings. You'll work collaboratively with community leaders, hospital staff, and other stakeholders to implement effective programs. Your expertise in Indigenous health and equity will be critical in guiding teams and shaping healthcare outcomes across the network.
