Food World Supermarket is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef specializing in Indian mithai, traditional savory snacks & baking with strong expertise in Indian sweets and bakery items, as well as savory snacks production. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on expertise in preparing a wide variety of Indian sweets, managing bulk production, and maintaining strict food safety, kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in taste, maintaining high food, safety and hygiene standards in a high-volume retail environment.
