Credo Care was established in 2000 as the UK’s first Independent Fostering Agency, specialising in the care of children with complex medical needs and physical and learning disabilities. Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking independent, self-employed Form F Assessors to undertake Form F assessments for prospective foster carers.

With a social work qualification and Social Work England registration, you must have post qualifying work experience of working with children in care and completing BAAF Form F assessments for prospective foster carers. Knowledge of the Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Standards for Fostering Services is essential.
