SD No. 57 Prince George‑Inclusive Education Department – 0.8 Continuing Contract Speech Language Pathologist
Position: Speech and Language Pathologist in a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing educational and social functioning of all students in the school district.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of students with communication difficulties to develop intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate intervention measures in collaboration with school and district staff.
- Provide counseling to students and parents as appropriate.
- Prepare written reports on all formal casework.
- Consult with teachers, principals, and administrators on policy and program development at the school and district level.
- Deliver formal in‑service sessions for teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills.
