Overview
Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a dynamic In-Room Dining Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, this position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day operation. This role is suited for someone looking to gain department head level experience, manage multiple operations and advance within Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Fairmont service standards through disciplined administration of departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
- Enhance the leadership skills of additional leaders in the Outlet, including decision-making, performance management, planning, process mapping and analysis, and ownership.
- Maintain effective working relationships and clear communication with colleagues and leaders in the restaurant and other departments.
- Develop and administer the departmental Employee Engagement Survey Action Plan.
