RESPONSIBILITIES
will include:
Commercial matters Prepare, draft, and review contract negotiations for all business areas.Ensure legally robust and compliant with the latest legislation.Drive collaboration with various stakeholders locally and globally, ensuring that legal matters are effectively and efficiently managed.You will maintain the electronic management of all agreements, keeping the Finance team updated. Corporate matters Provide guidance and support on corporate organizational legal matters.Prepare, draft and review corporate legal documentation such as bank resolutions, corporate reorganizations, change of officers/directors and other tasks. Maintain the North America Directors and Officers Listing is up to date and required filings have been completed.Counsel business leaders on day-to-day requests regarding corporate legal matters. Notarize legal documents as required.
